Allergic reactions result from imbalance within the immune system of the body. The immune system of the body occasionally over reacts to certain foreign compounds generally known as allergens. There are various kinds of allergens that trigger these particular allergies, and amongst these, food allergens are the most well known. The allergies generated on account of poor food consumption can lead to various dreadful symptoms like diarrhea, throwing up and others. Food allergy is also the most deadly allergy. In The United States, nearly 6-8 % of kids younger than 3 are suffering from food allergies and nearly 2 % of adults suffer from this allergy. Every year nearly 30,000 Americans require hospital treatment as a result of food allergies and nearly 140 Americans fall prey to different food allergic reactions each year.
